Welcome to Voyageurs Comedy Club (“Voyageurs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, ticketing platforms, live events, venue rentals, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting, purchasing tickets, attending an event, or engaging with Voyageurs in any capacity, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Use
Voyageurs Comedy Club provides live entertainment, event hosting, and related services to the public.
You must be at least 18 years old (or accompanied by an adult if permitted) to attend most shows, unless otherwise specified in event details.
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any person for reasons including, but not limited to, disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violation of club policies.
2. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are final.
- Refunds are issued only in the event of a show cancellation or rescheduling by Voyageurs, per our Refunds & Returns Policy.
- Voyageurs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers.
- Entry may require proof of identity matching the name on the ticket.
3. Venue Rentals (Guest Agreements)
Guests renting the venue agree to comply with all Voyageurs rental policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
- A signed rental agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure dates.
- Renters assume full responsibility for the behavior of their guests and the condition of the premises.
- Voyageurs reserves the right to terminate an event without refund if policies or laws are violated.

4. Conduct & Safety
We maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all.
Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Guests must follow all posted venue rules and staff instructions.
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
5. Recording, Photography & Media Release
By entering Voyageurs Comedy Club, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed.
- Your image, likeness, and voice may appear in live or recorded media, including video, audio, or still photography.
- Voyageurs may use such materials for public distribution, broadcast, social media, or promotional purposes without compensation.
- Attendance constitutes full release of rights to such media.
If you have privacy concerns, please contact us prior to your visit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our materials—including logos, text, graphics, videos, and performances—is the property of Voyageurs Comedy Club or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Third-Party Services
Our website or events may reference or link to third-party services (e.g., ticketing partners, payment processors, social media).
Voyageurs is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability

- Any injury, loss, or damage to property arising from attendance or participation in events;
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our Services;
- Technical or system errors affecting ticketing or website access.
Attendance at events and use of our Services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyageurs Comedy Club, its owners, and staff from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Voyageurs Comedy Club may modify these Terms at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Grand Traverse County, Michigan.
