Booking & Deposit
A signed agreement and 50% deposit secure your date. Balance due 7 days prior to event unless otherwise stated in writing.
Insurance & Liability
Client may be asked to provide a certificate of insurance naming Voyageurs Comedy Club as additionally insured. Venue is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Cancellations
Cancel 30+ days prior for full deposit refund; 14–29 days prior for 50% refund; within 13 days deposit is non‑refundable. Force majeure exceptions apply.
Conduct & Safety
All events must maintain a safe, respectful environment for guests, staff, and performers. Venue reserves right to refuse service or end events for cause.
Noise, Load‑in & Timing
Load‑in/load‑out windows are scheduled in advance. Curfew and sound policies comply with local ordinances.
