At Voyageurs, we aim to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, performers, and community partners. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, exchanges, and returns for tickets, merchandise, and venue rental agreements (“guest rentals”).
1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases unless a show is canceled or rescheduled by Voyageurs Comedy Club.
- Canceled Events:
If a show is canceled, ticket holders will automatically receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. - Rescheduled Events:
Tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the announcement. - Third-Party Sales:
Voyageurs is not responsible for tickets purchased through resale platforms or unauthorized vendors.
2. Merchandise Returns
We want you to love your Voyageurs gear!
- Eligibility:
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. - Exclusions:
- Clearance or final-sale items are non-refundable.
- Digital products, downloads, or gift cards cannot be returned.
- How to Return:
Returns may be processed at the venue during box office hours or by mail (shipping at the customer’s expense).

3. Venue Rental Agreements (Guest Rentals)
Voyageurs offers its space for private events under a signed rental agreement. Refund terms depend on notice and timing.
- Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of total rental cost) is required to secure your date. - Cancellations:
- More than 30 days’ notice: Eligible for refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
- 14–30 days’ notice: 50% refund of total fees (excluding deposit).
- Less than 14 days’ notice: No refunds available.
- Rescheduling:
With sufficient notice (minimum 21 days), one reschedule may be permitted without penalty, subject to availability. - Force Majeure:
If Voyageurs must cancel or postpone due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies, government restrictions), all deposits and fees will be credited or refunded in full.
